from Nov and Dec forums, it looks like people whose file transferred to CPC-M on Feb 27th or Mar 1 are getting DMs or PPRs. somebody got DM/PPR in dec forum within 15 weeks.
I am no rush at all only checked 10 times on ECAS this afternoon;)

Ah I'm constantly checking ECAS & GCkey. I still haven't received file transfer!:(:(
Stay fingers crossed for us all! I see @erinennis26 was transferred to CPC-M, hope yours will go there too! Got any backup plans if they request you to do biometrics?

LOL :D:D:D in March they transferred files on Mar 1, Mar 8 and then Mar15(my batch). So as soon as they pick you guys files then there is more chance for us in the coming weeks. But from my research, I can say A LOT of files were transferred on Feb28th so when they get clear of those then we are next.

The thing I find odd is that if I just saw your eCAS I would assume you hadn't received sponsorship approval yet. It normally says "we sent correspondence about the decision" when you are approved, but if I'm understanding your signature correctly, you have in fact already received the sponsorship approval email? How strange!

My eCAS on sponsor side also just has 3 lines. Nothing abt the SA email having been sent even thought its now over a week since I received the SA email. They really do seem to be following the process “loosely” :/

Good afternoon! Will definitely keep you and the other lady posted when I get updates regarding biometrics. I just checked with serval Reps but none of them got any clues unfortunately, Probably going to drive to US to do it if I really have to. Lucky for me it's only 2 hours away...

You mentioned yesterday that CIC does NOT recommend people to go to US and do biometrics there? got any source? just want to make sure if going to the US is a good idea or not

I’ll try and attach a screenshot of what I saw. Maybe if you make a trip out of it it’s ok to enter the states but you can’t say you’re doing biometrics at the border apparently.

Looks like I can’t send the image, Hmmm.

It basically states on the CIC website in a footnote-

“Don’t Travel to the U.S if you’re only going to give biometrics. The U.S border officials may not let you enter the country.
Instead fo to any VAC (visa application centre) in any country you can legally enter, such as your home country.”

HOME COUNTRY! ha ha, because everyone is rich and can afford to fly home and pay last minute flight costs am I right!
But yeh, many people are crossing the borders but making it into a trip I think. I personally don’t want to risk it myself and if I have to leave the country anyway and void my visitor record, I’m just gonna fly home and make a trip out of it and see family.
