a November applicant got PPR today.. they got AOR2 from Mississauga on March 1st and PPR mail today..
I'm interested to know more about this. How is this even possible(I mean I want it to possible) Was this case anyway different from us or did this person did something different if it's(decision) all based on case to case?

Hi all,
We were able to view the ECAS 'In Progress' status earlier today, and just received AOR1. Our application was received in Sydney on January 18.

I did some research on these threads after seeing NOV applicant getting PPR post. There are a few OCT and NOV applicant who got their PPR either in FEB or MAR while for some people seems to be super slow. I have sent messages to people who have received PPR unexpectedly early to know little about their cases if they are very straight forward or if there is a pattern.

Application received: January 18, 2019
AOR1: March 6, 2019
Sponsor Approval: March 6, 2019
Medical Request: March 6, 2016
Progress bar email: March 6, 2019

Hoping for biometrics request this week!

Outland. Was guessing it will go to New Delhi but went to Mississauga. All indian pa from December (from December thread) also were transferred to Mississauga. So urs might go there too.
Just checked. No updates from biometrics nor medical lol. Gonna chill out for few days before start panicking, haha.

Biometrics is going to come in sooner or later, sometimes even after SA, so don't worry.

Btw can you take a minute to update your progress here on the tracker?

Our biometrics was through a vfs office. They have direct access to application so i guess it was fast.
