I also got MR on July 09th and it showed passed on July 23rd, very similar to you.
Hopefully I’ll get my COPR soon as well.
Did you get direct COPR with no PPR and no landing necessary?

I really don’t understand why Minister office said that ....... who know what the covid 19 situation will be in 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 mouths ?? Very strange answer from the minister. The think I know is most of the canadien people is working every there in the country except in NS .

This is very difficult for myself to accept this answer from the Minister.
I try to keep in my mind no it’s not possible... in December it’s will be 20 mouths time line for myself, and 12 mouths my family is separate because until we don’t have Décision Made we can not regroup the family. I think I am not the only one on this situation....

Totally agree. I am 25 months now. It's too hard

I called today IRCC, they said that yesterday was an update on my file notes saying that my file was ready to be sent to Ottawa to finish processing, however due pandemic, it didn't happen. They will send my file when IRCC in Sidney go back to work!

Does anybody know when Sidney may go back to normal?

btw, I know your file is in Ottawa. But which office issued the COPR? Still Ottawa? Or some local office in ON?
