Thank you so very much.
Just one last question please.
If we get COPR notification then do we get it on personal email or only on GCKEY??
I am asking this because I can’t open my GCKEY as I have representative.
Please advice

You will get a notification on your email that there is a message in your gckey. The CoPR itself is in gckey. Good luck buddy!

Your visa office transferring by sponsor eligibility is finally good for you!!! Congratulation!!

You guys were right! Just received COPR a few minutes ago. However, still haven't received COPR for my wife yet.

Thank you everyone in this forum for the moral support and for sharing their timelines and experiences. I hope your time to become permanent residents in Canada will come soon! Good luck!
Congrats. Wish you good luck.

I can't thank each and everyone of you one by one. I'll also try to answer your questions here.

I got confirmation letter this morning that my application for permanent residence is complete and then about 30mins later, I received COPR.

I actually ordered GCMS notes 2 weeks ago and received it the other day and it says Security Not Started and Criminality in Progress.

Also in GCMS, it says file transferred to Ottawa in February.
Congratulations!

Nothing's changed on eligibility and Background check.

Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements

Background Check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

This is maybe because we are still waiting for my wife's CoPR.

I noticed one thing that Ottawa visa office is running and issuing COPR's even though Ontario has 900 active COVID-19 cases as on today and on the other side Nova Scotia, there are ZERO active COVID- 19 cases as on today but still they are afraid to go back to normal.

Not a single active case in Nova Scotia!!

They all are busy campaigning in NS wilderness this summer. Until next Winter, there won't be any updates from the NS office. At the time, they will come home and have a few glasses of whiskey and think about processing our files. If they take too long to think whether to issue CoPR, MR, or AoR..so on. then the next vacation will be right there in December or COVID will come back rigorously like in Melbourne in the Winter.
Is it caused by persons who refuse to return to workplace because of health and safety? NS officers refuse, but ON officers don't.

Yesterday I called Minister office and they said it will take 4 to 5 months to go back to work in NS
So they will be back by next year probably.
Did u ask the reason? all the officers are not coming or there are few?
