Our's is the same timeline but day before yesterday when i called the call centre officer she said my security is started how come not your's you applied under which category and which office your file is in

Probably his/her note only updated till the date he applied for note. But your call to the call center is getting the most up to date information.

Anyways, it’s a GREAT news. Hope more great news to come!!!

Thats is good sign that YOUR security strated. Your AR is april 2019. Your file is moving . Lets hope we all get good news very soon

Yes, because that's where you qualify based on their system. Before you apply, you have to confirm that you agree to their terms and conditions, one of which is that it takes 18 months, so meaning to say you agree that it takes that long, and now you're complaining. What happened? You just changed your mind that you can't wait any longer?
