Probably his/her note only updated till the date he applied for note. But your call to the call center is getting the most up to date information.

Anyways, it’s a GREAT news. Hope more great news to come!!!

Thats is good sign that YOUR security strated. Your AR is april 2019. Your file is moving . Lets hope we all get good news very soon

Called Call centre on 11 Aug 2020 she said criminality passed and security started on the basis of fingerprints updated in my file on 07Aug 2020
My GC key account still say that fingerprint not updated yet but call centre confirmed it was updated on 07 Aug 2020

Many Mar-May 2019 ARs are anxiously waiting for their last step , security done after 16-18 months. That’s a cruel suffering already.

What’s more, we are being educated by those Dec 2019 ARs that “why are they complaining?”

This is true, there are so many of us from March 2019-May 2019 waiting for so long.
No updates for most of us since December, 2019
