It's in your GCKey account. When it says "application/profile updated" but when uou open it, nothing is changed. We call it ghost update. They say it means an officer is looking at your profile.

What if I have a representative???

Percentage increase is independent to all updates and messages, percentage increase will automatically updates when the day are passed, formula used

%= days passed since AR / total days for completion * 100

let say my AR is on 12 august and completion is 12 March 2021.

%=360/578*100 = 62%

Already passed eligibility since I got PAL in December 2019. I am hoping that it is about security.

Application/profile updated. But when I opened it, there was nothing new.

AOR - July 2019
PAL - December 2019
MR - July 2020
MP - July 2020
Ghost update - today August 6th 2020

Very very high chances that you passed the security verifications and almost there at the final stage. And since your file is at Ottawa, your chances to get approval earlier than us is high. Wish you get the COPR very very soon.

So guys.
I called the IRCC today around 3.30PM after trying for 3 times I was placed in line.
I was on line for 40 mins and then a lady picked up.
It was so weird that the lady didn’t ask me any, not a single security question about my file or not even my name.
She just told me what’s your question.
and I asked her about a month of extension then she was like it’s extention for paper based application so that’s why it’s on your file too. Very rude. After waiting for almost an 1 hour, we talked only 3 to 4 mins.

This is normal. The PAL is sent to both sort of applicants (outland/inland).
