Same here AR 12 Aug , AOR 22 Aug 2019, no update, only upfront medical was approved 20 may 2020 and ofcourse 1 PAL in Jan 2020.
I think we need to wait for few more month as per trend they are working March AR and May Aor.
There will be very less AR and AOR in April due to year end closing so next will june,July and August.
I think you are correct. Now, I believe they have started working so within 2 months there is a good possibility to get a better result for June, July & August Application unless the second wave of COVID-19 arises with disruption.
My Timeline: OINP - PNP Inland
Application Received: Aug 12, 2019
AOR: Aug 23, 2019
Pre-arrival letter: Jan 13
Up-front Medical: 11th July and passed on 30th July 2019.

Already passed eligibility since I got PAL in December 2019. I am hoping that it is about security.
Application/profile updated. But when I opened it, there was nothing new.

I hope the same but mine in NS and CIC NS has world laziest officer as per google review not my opinion and etobicoke has most active officer.
