Hi guys, I have been watching this forum for a while now. I ordered my gcm notes a month ago and have gotten them. Can someone tell me if this notes is good.
My timeline is
AR January 29, 2019
AOR April 4, 2019 ( this I didnt receive until June when I raised a webform query)
Medical: Sept 9, 2019
Med passed: Oct 5, 2019
Pal 1: Oct 9, 2019
Pal 2: Nov 7, 2019
I called at the ending of november and was told that criminality is in progress and security has not yet started. I called again in December and January and the info remains the same.
In February 2020 I called and got the same info. I started questioning the agent who informed me that a biometrics letter was on my file from april 2019. This letter I did not received. I ask the agent to have it re-sent to me. On march 5, 2020, I got the letter for my dependent to do biometrics. It was done on the 10 of the same month.
Ever since it has been silence. I order gcm notes in march 2020 and receive them in April.
Last week I called and was told that criminality and security is now in process.
I believe that the biometrics letter that I did not receive from last year has been the hold up for the file.

I agree with your guess..."I believe that the biometrics letter that I did not receive from last year has been the hold up for the file."

Are you outland applicant?

How do I upload pics here, I want to shar a part of my notes. Many persons are still waiting. The oversight of the biometrics letter seems to be the cause of the delay

Aunty if u r in before nov 2019 u r not supposed to be give bio metric.u r inland
The biometrics was for my dependent. The notes said that I didnt need to do a biometeics. The notes showed that my eligibility and medical passed and criminality was in progress but security was not started. But last week when I called they said both were in progress.
The bring forward date in the notes was April 4, 2020 but sometimes these dates are not accurate.

Hi,
Can you order GCMS notes from outside Canada? Don't you think ordering multiple GCMS notes make them irrigated. You better give them enough time to process your application. During this time, ;You should better be patient.

gcms notes can be ordered from anywhere, if you know a canadian friend in your home country they can request it for you as well. you can also request it any number of times; it has no relation to the processing of your visa application. it does not speed up the process or hurt the process but repeatedly requesting the file may not be helpful. there is tweet from ircc about it as well
as said being patient is all you might need to do sometimes.

Thank you so much. so if i have three refusals i will provide three background forms, i tried to declare all of it in one form below but its only limited space.
No there are instructions at the beginning kf the form Please read it carefully it says if you need extra space attach sperate sheet there you can explain your refusals. On the Scheduled A form just write dates and country name and on the seperate sheet explain them.
