yes, I called them today said everything has passed but they don't give out ppr because of the COVID. However, if you are really lucky there will be officers calling you do the phone landing, otherwise, just wait till the office is open.

Hi, who told you everything has passe? Was that an automatic checking reply or an agent? I tried to call but can’t make through. The line was too bust all the time.

Mine too, I think they are trying to speed up application of work permit according to this https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...for-employers-to-meet-their-labour-needs.html.

It doesn't say anything about pr though, maybe it's a technical issue.

I used to be in the same situation like him/her.
I got DM online, but when I call CIC, the auto said they are still processing and no DM yet.
i tried to speak with an agent to understand my situation but it’s too hard to reach them

unfortunately nobody knows what's going on. there's no any infos or announcement why the progress bar is gone.

Gd news they r working lot of my friend got email confirmation of pr. Now they dnt send passport request and u cannot go to border. So after DM they send u email which confirms u r permanent residence and u need to send ur pic and. U get pr card. Lot of friends got today this email who applied from alberta and ontario in pnp oinp paper based or spouse.
The thing is they r working and it depend on ur officer also. But now less staff. Now feb and march will email soon and rest depend on ur officer who has that file
