When did u passed Medical

I already submitted my medical in feb When I got work permit
Now it says “we received your medical and we are reviewing your documents if any additional needs we will email you”
(Something like that)

I also called CIC yesterday and they mentioned to me
“We are working on your background check”
I also can’t find under my application where it shows “Your background check has been started”

Does anybody know about this?

They didn't send me any email to confirm my application receipt since June 13 it was delivered.

I had to reapply.

My paper based PR application arrived on June 6 but have not heard back.
