Again, people who applied under express entry have higher qualification than people who have to go through PNP. That is why it is called express entry, meaning faster processing. I don't have any evidence, but I think, we (as in Inland PNP applicants) are handicapped because our files are being processed in Sydney NS office. And it seems that this office is closed or working at significantly reduced capacity.
EE files are processed in Ottawa which is open for business.

And EE being electronic can be worked on remotely as well. PNP being paper based does not have this advnatage.

It must be mentioned in ur gcms notes just have a look in them
And can you plz tell me when it was transferred?

Hi bro i didn’t find any info related to the file transfer not even a date on gcms note can you tell me we’re to look for that info and my AR is May 7 And AOR is June 12 medical October and pal November

These dates for when they established the Ottawa office
Just have a look on second page there must be mentioned the reason and date
And have look on the last pages there you can find the reason and date too

If you are an inland applicant, it might be an WP process office when your went to canada.
oh... wait.. it's wrong. looks Created Date is just whenthe gov made this program? I have2 secondary offices. and they have same cdate.
