My work permit extension has been approved today. The process only took less than 2 weeks. I submitted my application on May 29th, 2020 and got approved today, June 10th 2020. :)

Have you done bio metric and its closed work permit.?
I already did my biometrics last year when I applied for it but got refused because my employer did not pay the compliance fee. Yes, it is a closed work permit.

Congratulations brother..!!
hopefully will get PR now
Thank you brother. Hopefully soon, but I think it's still going to be a long wait. You too, hope you get PR soon as well!

Hi guys, please I need your advice and clarifications on the following issues

1. Is it wrong to have nomination certificates from two different provinces?

2. Can I withdraw a permanent residence application am yet to receive AOR for?

3. Is it wrong to submit a new permanent resident application with a new provincial nomination certificate different from the one I withdraw?

Thank you for your response. Does it mean that even your at least 18 years old children received open work permits? I'm asking as my son is 18yo and I would be happy to get an open work permit for him. When I called IRCC nobody could tell if he is eligible, they basically didn't know.
really dont know , my child is toddler

Now current application status is 44% in GC key, still waiting for medical request...
Hi guys
My AOR is 16/01/2020(outland) waiting for MR (status bar at 45%).
My passport will expire on 06/02/2021. If I apply for renewal of passport right now will cic take more time to send Medical request to me or second option if can i apply for renewal of passport after medical is done? Advice needed...

Right now they are raining COPR for EE applicants, so many EE applicants received COPR these days, I just can not figure out why they don't process paper-based applications?

EE applicants with FEB AOR (completed only 4 months) are getting COPRs. Why all Paper based applications are intentionally on hold? what should be the reason?

they might be prioritazing people with positions that are highly demanded right now, the government website says something about it.

No man.. Do you think that all those getting COPR are in high demanded jobs? No..It doesn't matter anymore buddy the way EE applications are being processed. They might have different strategy.
