Hi guys i have a question can we legally change the province after PR through pnp program. I have not got the PR card yet. Should i wait for card before changing the province or not?

Yes you can change after getting pr but I would suggest you to wait until you get your pr card .

I know someone with exact same timeline (in Alberta), they haven’t heard anything either.
I am AR sept 2019, no word. Just says “medical results received “
I called CIC today, Accordingly,
we are reviewing the medical results
We are reviewing background check
Can i please know at what stage my file is ?
Is this background check a security check?

Do you know what’s your visa office? It should have said on the ADR letter.
