Has anyone received anything after they submitted their FP? From the Excel sheet, I noticed that people who weren't asked for FP their applications move considerably faster!

I have submitted my FP in April, and CIC received almost 4 weeks ago but nothing has happened after that! Should I be worried?

How were you able to talk to an agent at RICC? I tried and I was not able to talk to anybody ( except hear recorded options), could you please let me know, the number and options you dialed, if you can remember? pls. Thank you.

I called RICC around 4am Vancouver time. Otherwise, you can not go through. The number is the same as online.

I assume all the references here to "RICC" as same as CIC; that is 1-888-242-2100.
I had the most success at earlier hours ET, so odds may vary. Just be prepared to call numerous times to get through any may be a long delay once / if you can get into a queue. Logically very early/end of day (local) may be better odds vs middle of day when all timezones are on.

I done my fingerprint on May 8th, 2019. I called RICC this morning and I was told that RICC have not received my fingerprint yet. However, two weeks ago, I called RICC to check the status of my fingerprint and I was told that RICC got my fingerprint. I am really confuse that two reps told me totally different results. I may need to call again tomorrow morning to confirm.

That would seem to be two disparate responses. Do let us know what they say on your 3rd attempt. May 8th indicates they should have had the results by now.

No. As near as I can tell you never get any update past FP request except for Test Invite or if unluckly more details request like RQ. Text invite could take a few weeks or more likely 2-6 months. You can call CIC as per above details to confirm they got your FP and all is okay.

Who’s from Edmonton here? Do you guys have any idea why it’s taking such a long time for ircc to process the citizenship application? My application has been in process since march 28 and there’s been no update after that.

I am from Edmonton and I have been in process since March 16 and no update after that. Edmonton is the slowest office.

I just called IRCC to check the status of my FP. Yes. they received my FP and one officer in my local office have already reviewed my FP.
