Guys, i understand if we did not visit outside canada for more than 183 days we do not need a pcc but is this 183 days in total or continous time period? In my case i was in india 3 times after landing each time 60 days which made it around 180 days.Do i need a pcc?
If yes is it regular pcc or fingerprint one?

To be honest it depends on the form, an update around Feb(?) this year changed it to say 183 continuous days. Before that it said 183 days over the period...

If I had spent anywhere near 183 days total out in a single country id probably get a PCC available if time consuming (iewFBI can take months) in case they asked.

If it was for say the UK I wouldn’t bother as it takes

So i have order ATIP... got it this mng.. after 5 months only criminality passed nthg else started.. next date is March 2020.

Office is Scarbourough. anyone experienced this??? am i going to wait unitl March 2020 to get more details?

Can I request ATIP anytime? or just if my application delayed?
In the application do I choose "Privacy Act" or "Access to Information Act"?
How long does it take to get the information after the online request?

yes anytime.. but it looks u dnt see anything much so personally i wont order it again.
u chose privacy act and it will take 30 calendar days to get it

I have just given IELTS exam in 2012 no other english course.

LINC or CLIC courses are language classes funded by the Government of Canada. Since you did not take part in those classes and instead, have the results of your IELTS exam as the proof of English proficiency, you should pick "No" as the answer.

No. You are well within 12 months, there is no point. I didn’t check the doc recently but I don’t think even 50% have test invite yet.
