i suggest not to change anythg otherwise you are going to wait alot. test and oath same day is very normal and it looks like they are doing it often. which city are you from?

u need to use the passport that used it to enter. so lets say u have passport from 2012-2017 u get history for 2012-2017 and then u use ur new passport to pull the latest records...

If you do not want a new PR Card right away, you must submit a solemn declarationthat states that your PR Card was lost or stolen. To make a declaration, use a Solemn Declaration form (IMM 5451)...

also for stolen pr cards u need to submit: a solemn declaration if your PR card was lost, stolen, destroyed or you didn’t receive it within 180 days of immigrating to Canada. this declaration form is available here...

u just apply to renew/replace (it takes 16 days) and in the application you tick that the pr card was stolen
