HI Guys, Thank you all for your help and advices. I got PPR yesterday after a long wait of 10.5 months. I hope you all get yours soon.
Here are my details if anyone needs reference:
AOR: Jan 15 2019
Medical passed: Feb 2019
Update: November 25, 2019 Medical extended
PPR: Dec 06, 2019

Congratulations :) Do you know what's your visa office?

I am sorry this is happening to you. I do not understand why it takes them 11 months to review a POF. I wonder what they do with the web form requests we raise and why we need to raise multiple web forms to provide the same information.

I had originally hoped that maybe I would get the PPR by the end of this year, but you're right, seeing the way things are progressing we may have to wait till Jan/Feb or worse March.
11 month is new normal for some of us (I got PPR in exactly 11 months) , so just hang in there and keep calling IRCC or raise webform and Notes. Also ask agent the details on where the application is , they usually take 3-4 min to enter to another system and get u the details, so please insist it on the call , also at the end of the call ask them to send a reminder . all the best , thanks

Dear legalfalcon, My AOR for PR is August 1, 2019. Recently, when i checked my submitted documents on my PR application, there is no letter of explanation document on optional document. I remember, i uploaded the document in August 2019 . My question is whether it appears on submitted documents on online application or is it a system glitch. Should I resubmit my LOE again or leave it. Please advise.

It appears under the documents, but many times it disappears, which is a system glitch. Use a different browser or tray clearing the cache and then check again.
