Much easier to wait when you're in the Caribbean, am I right? Thanks much. I'm currently out of Canada as I live in the Caribbean. Your PPR is on its way, just have faith and be positive!
Haha when you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks into you.Are we the maze runners...
if i'm not mistaken, they mention their automated phone system is having some issues getting data automatically from their applications system, and that there's an option for you to speak to an agent.Plenty thanks!

Aor:Jan 1st
VO: London
I had the same response. After that I called CIC and got the same information. They just asked to wait patiently. I haven't seen any update since March .Hi, I received this from Ralph Goodale today -
"Dear Arpit - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Jan 16, 2019. It is at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa.
Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.
Criminality is in progress.
Eligibility and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Dec/19."
What does this mean? It seems my file is not moving at all!
Thank youWell, I think processing wouldn't take that long...
January applicants are all getting wind in their sails...all the best!
She mentioned it's on my file, they mark deadline as Nov 24, 2019. and she can't request CIC, because it's already marked deadline. if I didn't hear by nov 24,2019 then she can make a request.that's crazy, how does she/he know exactly when the process will be done?
