The response you shared states that the eligibility is under process.
Eligibility has few steps like the application review by program assistant who will check basically your R10 after that the case processing agent will check according to A11.2 and finally, the IRCC officer will review.
The only point of ordering the notes is during this step. After eligibility is clear you should think of ordering CBSA and CSIS notes as during that time security is processed.
Could you please explain the difference among these three notes? thanks

No offence, but I noticed there are a few members in this forums keep suggesting others to order GCMS notes. While I totally understand GCMS notes would give us a more detailed idea of what's going on in the back end, I do sometimes feel the person who keeps suggesting have his/her own personal interests in it... Do they work for the site who offer GCMS services? Also, if everyone is ordering them by some false information ( such as it will make your file moves further), then no wonder even the GCMS notes are delaying now...

Sorry, a bit off topic. Hope we all get that golden email soon no matter what.

GCMS - has everything except the security part. So we order these notes to check which stage we are at, what is going in with the Eligibility (R10 pass/Agent Review/Officer Review/ Any Additional Document required etc).
CBSA - This is the same as GCMS but the security notes are present, where as in GCMS, the security section is retracted.
CSIS - In Security, some cases are referred to CSIS which is a special force only helping CBSA in security. No one knows what CSIS checks, what source they can go up to. They have the most confidential database.
