8 months and nothing for me as yet. The web form reply was a generic one. I don't know how to reach out to them and get a conclusive response other than gambling on more time and applying for gcms notes.
Does Ralph's office still reply to emails? We last emailed him on 1st August. Is it too soon to email him again?

He will reply to you as you can only ask for an update every three months

I hope so! I'm emotionally exhausted at this point. Lol.
If this were an ordinary service provider, i probably would have sent several stinkers to get the job done. But alas!

Ralph only responds every 3months after your last email. There's a new MP that people now email for updates but i do not know if they can be of any help right now as most of them are preparing for elections and may not have the time to indulge our requests.

Ghost could be they accepted your payment but hasn't yet reflected on your account.
