I have been following the latest trend and it seems IP1 NA1 IP2 NA2 all are not being followed.
Earlier intitial bageound check status used to be *in progress* and then *NoT Applicable* and then again *in progress*

Now since the day application is submitted it’s shown * We are processing you baground check, we will send message if this changes*

So I mean we cannot predict how the file is moving.. some experts say then file is processed that’s why biometrics are asked . Some say after biometric only the file is processed .

But few people have confirmed that after bio the next stage is PPR ( means before bio background is cleared)

And contrary some state that even after biometrics your file may take 2-3 months.

Concluding it :- you shall receive PPR after biometrics after 25 days or 2/3 months .

I dont see the progress bar in my application as well. AOR feb 20. The status is same as urs.

Check immitracker, I think 24th Jan AOR have started to receive MEP.

You should get it this week.

My status bar had disappeared too however it returned once my MEP status got updated.

Background check & eligibility review both are the grey areas .. u never know if it’s done or it’s in progress or it is starting ..

Some say BGCheck is done prior to biometrics and some say it’s done after .

Still average good timeline is 3 months and test for all 4-6 months .

I want ur assessment to be true i.e 10-15 days PPR .. lets see

Give it some time. Your updated medical information will have to be passed to a physician who will further analyze your case before getting back to the case analyst in IRCC with either positive or negative feedback. It can take as long as it takes.

What was the issue with your initial medical exam? Something wrong with your health or was the screening conducted incorrectly at the clinic ?

I have crohns disease, so I'm asked for specialist report.
