Once I got the note, it was actually frustrating when I saw the 1 month old date. However, later on i discovered that the agents actually check the live notes when we call and give us the information reading that notes. But all agents are not helpful which is another reason of our frustration

It's not a crime. Worst case scenario they wont consider those 13 months in your primary NOC code

Waiting for GCMS probably getting it in the 4th week of this month, completing 6 months on the 13th dont know what to expect it's like no one has touched the file till date. What to do after timeline finishes??

I feel inprogress and not started are terms used by agent as per their mood, if they are in good mood they say in progress or not started otherwise..
