Hi, I never posted here but I got PPR yesterday.
here is my timeline.
CEC + BC PNP - Living in Vancouver since 2016
Aor - January 3rd
Medical Passed - Jan 25th
ADR - Jan 25th (Travel History)
ADR sent - Jan 26th
BG - IP2 - Feb 27th
ADR - Not Applicable (March 8th - no message, the status changed from submitted to Updated)
PPR Email - March 8th Ottawa VO
now, BG remains the same.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Current Processing:
*Overall, i am not seeing a lot of activity from CIC, there have been many rumours about mass IP2 indicator, but it never yielded anything much. If anything at all.
PPRs by Visa Office:
*Ottawa is leading with the most number of PPRs, some other VO are doing not bad too, NDVO is quite sleepy at this stage.

Passport Request by period:
*I can't say that there is any increase in number of PPRs... the strange this is that there are not too many rounds this year compared with last year... and a thus number of PPRs is not growing, as it follow the ITA trend.

Timeline:
AOR : Jan 03, 2018, RPRF upfront
Medical Passed : Jan 23, 2018

Then Background check change to "we are processing your BG. We will send message if we need more info" (IP2) - Jan 23 (same day)
FBI PCC provided : Feb 13, 2018
Documents change to " we do not need additional documents from you" - Feb 14, 2018
Documents change to " we are reviewing your additional documents you provided" (PCC) - March 1, 2018
