Not to wry .some movement is better than nothing .at least they are looking at ur file.online status is of no significance. What exactly does it say ur background check.

Do u have access to ur online account.
Gc key
If yes then u will find the letter in ur account .just log in and below ur status update ull get request letter .download it.

Nope. My lawyer has linked my account to his email. So do not have the GC key or for that matter even the user id the app is linked to! Damn it!

The fact that ur status changed is good news. a file never goes backwards.be optimistic.:-)
