Ya twice. 1st time I ordered notes in March and it says

Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Security & Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Passed

2nd notes I ordered on 3rd April and it hasn't arrived yet
Is there anything in the notes that would cause you to correlate the delay? Sometimes you can infer from the notes and your particular situation.

Holy crap …. April 3 and still have not received them. All of my requests have been received 30-31 days post-apply prompt. Only today I received a set I ordered on May 16.

Bro did you try to call at least ..
Just to make sure if your file wasn’t approved already as it is currently the thread ?
Yeah, I tried asking the same to an agent this week but he turned out to be non cooperative, giving very standard and least helpful replies.

It only says Workload redistribution. Program assistant did put Review Required. But Case Analyst specified Recommend passed. Then, they haven't mentioned anything specific for a delay.

I took to follow up for second GCMS notes, but, they say your GCMS application is in progress and they didn't send the notes after that. I called them 4-5 times and they say your application is straightforward and no concern is seen with your application. It's with visa officer and he can take the decision any time. But, still waiting for my application getting done

I would suggest, if at all possible, for you to reorder another set of notes although you ordered one some months ago. You never know that maybe that will trigger something when the officer review your file before distribution.

One likely reason PPR issuance has dried up is that CIC is busy processing student visas and June-August are peak load months. Believe me, I've seen the data, Student Visas have drastically jumped since 2017. And this is correlated with a drop in PR authorizations during that time. Likely that agents are busy working on student visas. Opinions welcome

This is quite plausible as the number of international students in the US have dropped especially due to the climate in the US. Therefore, many student applicants may have turned to Canada which may have driven their student application numbers up.
