I got no updates after that except the MyCIC account where the Additional Documents section changed to "We are reviewing additional documents that you provided"

The ECAS is still in progress which I think will be updated soon. Online MyCIC is now showing, we need additional documents from you but there is no posted corresponding PDF which again I think will be updated.

comp_2016 as I suspected, the ECAS status has been changed to Decision Made today. So the timeline goes like this

I have got DM today and also Passport request. It was quite unexpected! Even yesterday, I was wondering for the background check in progress!
Today I got it! We applied ourselves, we did not take help from any immigration consultant. But we took great help from this forum.Thanks everyone for their assistance.

We are processing your background check , I don't know how long SVO will give us good news same you ,

This is actually a good sign. There are a lot of applicants that got their DM the same day the Background check is updated to "we are processing your background check". Good luck to you! You might be receiving the PPR very soon!!

My wife gets PPR today, exactly 6 months since the app is recieved. ECAS shows DM while MyCiC does not update at all. The background, security still shows as not started. The eligibility shows as in progress. Hope to get back the passport with COPR soon

When did u get Passport request after DM? Was it a regular EMail??
