You're very welcome. I sent the one updated Jan 2017. Ensure you always use the latest updated form. After you validate, there won't be any barcodes. Don't panic, that's how the form is. Ensure you print a copy and get the PA to hand sign it, just to avoid any risk of them saying something.

Have you submitted a police certificate as well? or is it Ok to just pass the IMM 5669 first. And should we mail to the same address to where we have submitted our application?

I had contacted CIC through the call centre to enquire about the correspondence email. Then I asked them to verify what was requested for my application and they confirmed Schedule A and PCC. I'd suggest you get them to check into what documents are requested for you. Then yes send it to

Great!! :) Thank you soo much for all the advises, really appreciate it. Will keep you posted. :)

How does the *67 trick work??

On many (but not all) US phones, if you dial *67 before the phone number, it will block your caller ID. http://www.wikihow.com/Block-Caller-ID

I actually called the Foreign Affairs number, like this: *67 613 944 4000
I haven't tried with the toll-free number directly. And I haven't reached an agent yet so I don't know if they'd be willing to talk to me or not if they see the caller ID blocked.

Can anyone help me with these informations??

Finally they request me for PCC and Schedule A. Now I have few questions. How did you upload your PCC? Did u submit your Schedule A online or mail? If online then how did you give your signature?

Hi! I uploaded my schedule A through web form, it's very simple:
you look for webform on the cic website and click on the first link that shows up;
then you answer the questions and click next; you will see an option do upload pdf's.
I filled out the form, validated it, signed it and scanned it.
I had to change the pdf format since it was too big (it only takes up to 2 M).
You can upload many docs at the same time, or you can do it in two steps, it's up to you (one for schedule A and another one for pccs.)

I hope it helped!

Hello all,

I hope your applications are going or have gone smoothly... I've received my COPR through a mail stamped on May 17, 2017 (i was abroad for 4 weeks since beginning of May).

So in my case, the application took between 4.5 months to 5 months since i sent my application and around 4-4.5 months since IRCC acknowledged receiving it.

Next step, work on my landing...

How did you received it? is it via mail or email? and how many days it took from the day they have informed your sponsor that they will be requesting the PA to send a Schedule A Background and PCC?

I got my sponsership approval in 7th March 2017. They emailed me in 26 th May that I should link my account to myCIC. They just send me email alert that i have a new massage in my GCKey. At there they send request for Schedule A and PCC in 29 th May. And I upload the documents in 31 st May .

Yes, that's okay, I also got the same message. It's just a confirmation that you've uploaded successfully the file.
