This is super confusing. Can anyone advice?
Like I said, I'm pretty sure it's just because it hasn't been transferred yet/entered in their system

I see I see. Let's not panic! I'm sure it's just a small delay and will eventually go to Ottawa. :)

Oh gosh. I hope so. The only comforting thing is I'm not the only one.

So I know a couple of us are in the same boat where we got AOR and SA, however ECAS still says application received. There has been no confirmation of the app being transferred to the VO.
When I emailed CPC Ottawa, they said "your application is not being processed here." Which, to me, means it hasn't been transferred yet. It's been about a month since SA and I thought it was being transferred right away. Should I just be patient and wait? Or give them a call?

My ECAS listed another line "Application in Process" the day that the VO received it. However- that being said, I was in contact with my VO soon afterwards, and while they confirmed they had received it, the said it was still in que for review. It took about 2 weeks from the time I received SA. I wonder though, if some VO don't update when it has officially been received, but when they start the actual review?

How did you find that date? Can you tell what applicants LVO is working on at the moment?

Thanks

DECEMBER 2016 Forum NDVO.

Recently, NDVO sent an email to all October 2016 applicants - saying that - we will work on your applications in May month.

That is possible and that's what I'm thinking the reason is. Hopefully we'll hear something soon. It's been about a month for me since SA.

Same here. It's been a little over a month since SA for me as well.
Hoping that they have it, but it's just not in their system or something.
would I have to call early on in the morning to even find out where it is?

But background check is still not yet done. I guess that would take some time too?
Yes, it takes time. But in regards to the "eligibility in review," it'll say that the entire time throughout the PR application process, so it's normal.

How long did that take for you, Staunts?

Mississauga received our application the beginning of January and we didn't get sponsor approval until around the tenth of March (I was freaking out big time! lol). File transfer happened immediately after and Ottawa started processing my husband's application right away. Background check started about the middle of March. We're waiting on decision made and the passport request. Soon ...

See and a couple of us haven't had our files transferred yet. For both Mason and I it's been a month. Super weird.
