Hi IamGill what's the current status of your application? Did you also link your application to your Cic account? Are you the Sponsor? Did they also request Police Certificate?

Hey! I just know I got approved as a sponsor and they said they will send it to visa office when they receive form. I've no idea if they received it or not...Yes we linked our application. It hasn't changed at all. Yes I'm the sponsor. I sent the Police certificate upfront when I sent the application along with the Schedule A form. I think I was asked to fill it again probably because my husband didn't manually sign that form as it says by electronically signing it...you agree that you sign or something along those lines. However, on the Ecas it says decision made and application received.

Did anyone upload schedule A or any other form through IRCC web form and the office got it? I don't have the option to upload on my account and the agents I spoke with said I should use that form that the office will get it. I've done it but I just want to be sure how true

When I look on Ecas it still says application recieved. It's been that way for a few weeks now. Hasn't changed to in progress. At this time I'm not 100% sure if they've forwarded the app to Ottowa or not.

Should I be worried?

Hey, Good day. When they ask you to submit Sched A., did they send an email on your Principal Applicant? Requesting to send sched A and the instructions for submitting sched A?

Yes they did. We already submitted it and it says on mycic that it's uploaded.

Our status: SA on March 6; we submitted our Schedule A forms on March 14; we got an email on March 23 from our VO (Mexico City) that they received the Schedule A forms they requested but that our file was still in transit. As of today (2.5 weeks since we submitted Schedule A), PR status side still only has only 2 lines saying that application for PR was received and Medical results were received. (That means that they haven't opened our file in Mexico). I think the VO in Ottawa is processing faster, however, I am not sure what their protocol is for sending out emails. When did they transfer your file?

That's the thing, I'm not sure when or if our file was transferred. It seems as though nobody has looked at it yet.
We didn't get any AOR2 yet.

May I know what was the email says on the request? Because I (principal applicant) has not receive the email, they say that they will send it for the next 5 business days. But it's been 9 business days but still no email. And i can't upload the file to cic. Im really worried right now.

We were sent an email by VO in Mexico to forward a signed copy of Schedule A by email or mail to Mexico office. We also received a message in myCIC (GC Key) account to upload directly. So we did both. We didn't use IRCC webform. Hope this helps you?!
