Hi i just received my application back being unprocessed and that is because i didnt provide proof of income, i do work part time minimum wage, what exactly do i provide and does this affect it?

Has to be a letter from your HR department confirming your employment, wage, employment dates, etc. If you work for a big corporation you should be able to contact your main HR department or go to the internal company HR site and print this information or request it. If you don't have a HR department have your boss print a letter with a real company letterhead and professionally written stating your time/date of your employment, hours you work per week and your salary.

Don't forget you'll need your Notice of Assessment as well from the CRA.

Hi Guys, please help
In the Relationship information and Sponsorship Evaluation Form

There is a question, where they asked if visited each other in during our relationship. I was confused and wanted to know if that includes our courtship period too (time between our engagement and wedding) or just the post marriage period. Please help

Apart from that, I have another question on background declaration form of my wife.

She is trying to put her activity/occupation detail for last 10 years. There are two fields 'From' and 'To' and there is a checkbox that says ongoing. For her current job she is checking the ongoing checkbox and yyyy-mm becomes inactive and then tries to validate the form but it fails. I tried it too. If we leave it blank and then try to validate it fails again. Only way it validates if we have an yyyy-mm info in 'from' and 'to'
field.

Did any else face the same? Please help

I had the most frustrating time with this form you're talking about. Try downloading the form on a new computer, filling it out, and printing it immediately after it's filled.

I included visits before our marriage, because our relationship formed before marriage.

I was filling up Schedule A / Background Declaration form. When trying to validate, it throws error saying most recent personal detail date "To" is missing. Also same error for addresses section. For first entry in personal details and addresses section, I have selected Ongoing so the "To" date is disabled. However, validation needs that date to be filled up. Did anybody face this issue?

You should be getting an email stating that you met the eligibility as a Sponsor

We are close on dates. Mine was received on January 26th and got my AOR1 on February 15th.

My status still says "In Process"

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let those of you who are still waiting for AOR1 that just this morning I was able to link my file to MyCIC account. My app was received Jan. 25. I have been trying to link my app everyday for the last 2 weeks. I am pretty sure that they only just opened the file this morning as I tried to link last night and it didn't work. Also I called the IRCC (call centre) 2 days ago and on that day, they told me my receipt # had not been entered into the system. I have not received AOR1 by email or mail, but at least I have an application # now and can check electronically on my status.

For those end of Jan applicants who have not heard anything yet, hang in there. You might be unlucky like me to have your file with an IO who is slow.

Hope those who are still waiting will hear something in the next few days!
