One more thing --- I found in soem cases AOR and IP is just only ONE day difference.
Can I suggest to all to recheck their dates in the protected sheet and advise for change < if any >
that will hep us the understand the correct trend and waiting time for each activity.

ZeeAJ, I my case I had just 1 day difference between AOR and IP. I think these updates are not done real time. They make the updates in bulk and hence some of the gaps between two dates looks incredible.

BTW its been a long gap between the first test invite for Jan and the rest.

My ecas has a new line indicating the time and date of my exam and it says that a letter has been sent out.

The letter was sent out on 10/2 so with the weekend its just couple days.
