Dear Members,

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Under new Canadian immigration Bill C-6, a permanent resident will be able to apply for citizenship if spends 3 years out of 5 years physically in Canada. My question is if someone who's a PR keeps away from Canada for the first 2 years but physically stay during the last 3 years in a given 5 year period, can this person would be able to submit application for citizenship?

My second question, Bill C-6 has not yet been approved by Senate and more likely take couple of more months to get approved. If someone is already a PR now say from January 1st, 2017 and if this person stays physically next 3 years in Canada till end of 2019, will it be possible for this person to apply for citizenship on 1st January, 2020 under the proposed new immigration law Bill C-6?

Hasan

Guys.

People keep messing the spreadsheet and it's not sustainable for me to keep fixing it.
I just protected the existing January sheet. Any information that is already there can't be changed, but new dates can be added in.
Please let me know if you have any issues and I'll help.

Yes I noticed that, when I first joined here I added my timeline in our ss Jan 3, 2017 I'm in number 5. Then days passed by in #7, #9, #13, #22, yesterday in #23 and now number #26. What is going on? I think if your new put yourself where you belong right? And please leave the ss the way it is.

Also about my friends Fay and Rhia gone all the time then I added notes about Fay and it's gone sighhhh...

One more thing --- I found in soem cases AOR and IP is just only ONE day difference.
Can I suggest to all to recheck their dates in the protected sheet and advise for change < if any >
that will hep us the understand the correct trend and waiting time for each activity.

1- tick box 3 only and I mentioned n/a in 9F
2- yes write n/a to all questions not applicable to you.

Hello everyone,

I'm am submitting my Ielts, how will I answer 9F? There's no space to put N/A?
Also, I'm not from Quebec, how do I answer 9C?

You can always just write with blue pen N/A beside it.
Even for 9C you only answer it if it applies to you. But u can put N/A with pen..

After reading this noticed that my wife's row was completely deleted!

Added a new line for her with all the info: please update the sheet.
Thanks,
