For general help you can check out http://nextstopcanada.ca/ you will find it at the end of the IRCC list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomers/before-services.asp. It is the only general settlement service for people who are not in Canada yet. But Check the list. See what will be best for you.

The MCVO officer called me on my cellphone this morning, and tell me that I was Approbed (And me: are you sure? is not a joke right?) and told me that I should send the passport as soon as possible because I had to land before medicals expired. (They extended my crim/police record) and they will contact with my lawyer this day for more information. the call was in spanish!!!
Mexico is working DeHdez15!!! there is another applicant of mexico who was aprrobed... you will have news soon

thank you for your best wishes! there is another applicant, for december who has PPR today too...so,the PPR are comming soon for all of january...

Yes. I did not expect that even they call me in my own language. Later the lawyar send us the documetation...
 
Just a quick update - we sent out my wife's passport to Ottawa the other day.

Our ecas still shows In Process on the PA side and our MyCIC account also still shows In Progress for the background check.
 
Hubby got his visa and Copr..

Helo senior members please can you enlighten...me i got passport request and was asked to fill the IMM5669 form . I included previous visa refusals UK which I didnt put in my initial application although I checked yes. and I forgot the US would that be a problem?
 
Just got PPR this Friday!!

Gotta send passport immediately as my visa will expire in November already!

I originally applied as outside Canada, but I am here in Vancouver and will be here for at least 6 month. Should I send the passport to Ottawa or to Sao Paulo?

The letter is very confusing...Can someone help me, please????

Did you apply from inside Canada or from outside Canada, originally? Im asking this because I applied as Outside Canada, but I am curious if I can send my passport to Ottawa?
