If a visa office in general requires additional documents from you, does it always appear as a 4th or 5th line in ecas?

Yes it appears like that, 4th line was police clearence and 5th one was sending passport and 2 pictures

Oh, your previous post said you were asked to send PCC and you were asking about how to send your passport when you get PPR.

Now only I understood your question. PCC means police clearance? I was just asked for police clearance. Malaysian applicants only submit PCC when VO asks for it. Not earlier.

I haven't received PPR. Just anxious to know how to courier my passport from Canada when PPR comes.

You can send it to Ottawa if you are in Canada.
