I'm in the same boat as you both, just waiting, which sucks!

I plan to order notes later this week just to give me something to look forward to but doubt there will be anything useful in them this early.

Ah me too.. so much waiting.. but I guess no news is hopefully good news?

Do you think it's worth it? What kind of information do you get in the notes? ::)

If they wanted additional documents/interview/etc at this point when it's relatively early in the process, would they have told us by now, or do those requests usually come much later on?

I'm all for no news is good news, but is it even too early to have heard anything?

I would guess they request things as they come up.. or maybe all at once towards the end, once they've studied the whole application? Not sure though!

Sounds like the AOR2 often doesn't come.. so I guess besides hearing anything about that, everything else is being studied in detail.

anyone tried to request for GCMS notes already?
we'll be requesting by MAY since it will take atleast a month for them to make it

I'm not sure if there will be much in them at this point. It really depends on if they have actually started working on it yet but no way to know that unless you order the notes :D

It's only $5 so not much of an investment and gives me something to look forward to so why not. I am hoping to at least see the officer's notes from Mississauga to the VO as have read on here that they give a bit of a summary and note any concerns they have to give the VO a heads up.

Anyone else planning to order notes soon?

Keep in mind it will also take 31 calendar days for them to process your request :)

And the info is apparently almost 30 days old by that time as they run the notes soon after the request but just don't send them for 30 days. A bizarre system but I guess it keeps requests for notes to one per month at the most.

I think it all depends on your proof that you have a legitimate marriage (relationship). Wish you best of luck :)
