I can grant you access to add info on the spreadsheet if you would like to volunteer in maintaining it. Just send me a private message with you email address and I'll grant you access.

I could maybe volunteer to try to be maintain it (hopefully someone else too will volunteer to do it with me), I just got a question:

So is your spreadsheet different than the one Avadava made? Can't really access to see it, so I can't say if it's the same or not. I could access to Avadava's link.

Yes, the one Millertimez made is a bit different than the one I made, but it's improved a lot :) If you need access to the spreadsheet just send a personal message to Millertimez.

As a PR, you are not allowed to leave Canada during the entire process of sponsoring your spouse.

I would recommend you to read this post:

If you are a PR, you must reside in Canada in order to sponsor your spouse. You can chance short vacations (remember that a Canadian vacation is generally no longer than 2 weeks) but if immigration finds out that you are not in Canada, you risk getting your application refused.

It is not exactly true. Yesterday the President of the Canadian Association of Immigration Lawyer called me. He told me that someone is resident in Canada when live minimum 6 months on Canadian soil each year. So someone can also take 1 month vacation during this period and HE IS STILL resident in Canada...

Hi people, I did not know that there is one place for January applicants, and hopefully I will be a late January applicant. We have everything ready but there is one thing that we do not know what to do, and I would appreciate your advice.
My spouse is going to start working soon for the government but this requires many police checks that even her boss doesn't know when they would be done, so the question is that we have to options:
-Wait until she starts working, to put in the forms that she is already working, (This option I think would help the first step)
-Send the application right away, put in the forms unemployed, and include a letter from her boss saying that she is going to start working soon, (This option I think it could slow down the first step)
Theoretically it doesn't matters the money that she would make but I think it does.
What is your opinion?
Thanks in advance and good luck with your app! ;)

Thnx again Avadava and Millertimez!

Now the spreadsheet should be accessible to everyone to see and if there would be someone or even two to volunteer to maintain it with me, it would be highly appreciated. Link to the spreadsheet is in my signature.

If you would like to have your info's added on the spreadsheet, just post your info's here or send me a personal message.

Good luck everyone! Mail tracking showed today my letter to have reached Mississauga and getting ready to be delivered to it's destination!

Sent my application with Canada Post Priority (Big mistake). Package didn't go straight to Mississauga. It went to Brampton halfway and got delayed. Arrived 4 days late. Can't post picture...Just wana warn u guys, never use Canada Post.

Hi, I noticed that the spreadsheet says my app was sent on the 14th, instead I sent it on the 13th and it arrived in Mississauga on the 14th. It's not a big deal, but I wanted to give correct info.

Yosumi, if Canada Post delivered outside the timeline they said they would, you can get your money back by contacting them I believe, thats a little consolation.

Gave mine to UPS at 4.30PM on Wednesday, signed for by Jack in the mailroom in Mrs Sauga at 9.20AM Thursday morning! But should add, sent it from Kitchener which is an hour away.
