That makes total sense, I just hadn't thought of it that way. I thought the officer just picked up the package next in line, opened it up, and if it was complete, handed out an AOR, if not, they'd send it back without an AOR. I didn't know someone else looked at it when it arrives to make sure it's complete even before the officer gets it!Graihn said:I don't think they issue an AOR before sending it back. So what I am saying, they would have received an AOR that day, instead the received an email abt missing signatures
