Generally, yes, they are processed in order. Not exact order, but general order. (My guess is they mass ship applications and they aren't arranged in order when sent to Ottawa from Mississauga. Plus some IOs work faster than others.) However, they rarely finish in order as each file is unique and has it's own needs.Pbc said:Amikety .. Have u seen that cpp ottawa processes applications by date of submission .. So all jan submissions will happen in order of submission or by stage one approval date? This week seems no progress after your app.. Thanks for all your help

Did they also ask for your PP?actaruslair said:Hi all,
We've got some progress in our application.
We got an email from Kyiv on June 27th asking for additional documents. Acknowledging they received our application.
They gave us 30 days to send
proof of funds available for settling in Canada;
any documents related to the employment prospects;
arrangements for the apartment rent, etc.
We sent the documents lasts Thursday and we are now waiting
Passport? no so far all we got was this email :amikety said:Did they also ask for your PP?
We thought it was weird because there are no financial restrictions for the family class... but we sent them anyways our documents. I tried to contact the visa office but they did not answer and all I got as an answer was : if your file is in the processing time, we will answer you by email.- And obviously no email reply so we decided to send the everything we could to answer what they wanted to know..June 27, 2013
