most likely yes. YOu have done the meds in advance (In august when you applied in January), so they will likely expire before they really look at your file. They can ask for extension of meds but only if it's within 15 months of the initial date, and if it's the only thing preventing the visa to be issued. You won't know if they ask for an extension. The only proof is that if they issue the visa without asking for re-meds, then you know they have been extended.magessss said:So if they asked for her re-med then we have to wait for extra time then don't we.

I can't give you an answer about how long it will be - it depends on your case, your VO, etc.
IT's hard, but being patient and waiting is the only thing you can do for now.
