Guys guys guys, I have a question! My husband, on a whim, decided to log into his Ecas today. My name appears in his page, under Sponsorship Applications. Under both Sponsorship Application Status and Permanent Residence Application, it says Application Received. Husband says that my details were not there last week. Is this a good sign?

Hey congrats goldenkagi!! Could you please ask him, what information he used to login? I assume the receipt number (the letter "R" followed by 9 numbers), and then his personal info (e.g.: surname, date of birth, place of birth)??!

Wait a minute...UCI? He hasn't even received the AOR yet right? How could he already have a UCI number? Is it a UCI number from his old PR application when he applied to become a PR?

Yup! It's his UCI since he is a PR himself. I don't have mine yet. I'm the sponsored applicant

I received by AOR with UCI but I cannot log in either. I guess they don't set it up until they approve you as a sponsor :S

Kagi, does it tell you what date they recieved your application?

I can log in with our file number and my husband's UCI (haven't tried my client ID#).

If I try to log in as my husband with the UCI or the file number, it gives an error It's like CIC knows it's not really him, hehe.

Hi there!

I have been following this particular topic for a couple days now but I only just registered! We filed our outland sponsorship application some time around the 14th of January (we hired a consultant for our case) and got an email the fifth of February saying we received our AOR January 22nd. I think I check Ecas about 10 times a day! It drives me nuts! anyways seeing as I have been following everything on this topic I figured I might as well register and get involved! Haha, good luck to everyone!

Okay I will put that date in. It's always possible the email got lost. Incredibly rare but does happen.
