1. Hubby will fill up form IMM5475E and sign and send back to me, then I'll print it,
2. I will pay the $5 fee online then print the receipt,
3. I will fill up and print IMM5563,
4. Provide a copy of my PR card
5. Then send everything to ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca

1. Access to Information Act
2. English
3. Email
4. No

Section B-
Hubby's Last name, First name and DOB
Electronic Files Status of an application Hubby's File Number and under Location: Canadian Embassy-Manila

guys!! my question lng ako.. from application received.. naun decision made n ako sa ECAS and nakalagay na din sa left side ung address ng asawa ko sa canada.. hindi ako dumaan sa inprocess n status.. visa na ba ibig sabihin nun??? o deny k pa kahit decision made kna???
