I ordered ours on June 7... Kind of a waste cause we got the email that my husband had been approved just had to send passport. Anyway e notes finally came by email is past Monday. 33 pages of a lot of stuff that did make sense...I could understand that he had passed each stage but they use numbering and codes that are a second language to us.
It wasn't till the las page where there was some substance. Officer just noted how long and how often we had travelled back and forth and based on our extensive amount of evidence they felt we were genuine.

So all in all it took from June 7 to July 10, 4.5 weeks total

I am wondering how does GCMS note look like when your application is almost done. I received my GCMS notes end of june and found there is a due date in application assignment.I passed medical and eligibility. Security and Criminality not started.
Could you please let me know have you seen anything about PPR in your GCMS notes? When did they update the security and criminality staus were passed? Was it before the eligibility or after that?

Yes there was a section about requested documents and the note was for the passport...it was dated the same day we got the email so I knew how to read that.

sorry to hear about your interview but its better than waiting for a long time. we can clear all of their doubts causing interview and PR will be issued soon.
what date is your interview scheduled for?? i have interview on 31 and we have some more friends on this forum having interview this month.

my case timing is almost as near by u my ecase status went to in process on 13th of june & i have also no travel history as i am also waiting for my DM but i have not applied for any help like GCMS notes or foe MP . what do u think when we will get our DM as this week is over ............

Not too sure...every office is different. But you can always just keep envisioning it...we always kept a positive attitude and dreamed of new news and it came.

Our passport is on its journey back to Florida. It left LA on Saturday. Exactly one month since we sent it.

Hopefully my husband will be here by next weekend!

I'm way too excited for words! Now if only he would answer his cell phone lol

Congrats. Can I know when and how do you know your application transferred from Buffalo to LA? Our case is the same from FL and applicant's section on eCAS showed "In Process" finally in the end of June. Do you know how long it take to approve and issue visa?

On eCAS doesn't show we received medical records either.

I emailed Ottawa to ask where our file was...but we received ppr before their response. The email came from la so that's how we knew. We also got our notes back and it confirmed that la had processed our file.


We went to in process on May 11 and Received our ppr on June 14. But remember each persons app is different...but hopefully you will hear something soon.

When u move, I just researched and found that a one way truck rental from Penske is the cheapest. It's $700 vs uhaul is $1500

Thanks so much. We haven't thought about the moving yet as the process is so slow. Can I know the Ottawa email? I sent inquiry through CIC website and we didn't receive response and called Call Centre but they said they don't know Visa Centre as they only answer sponsership.
