CIC still didn't update the timeline and making everyone nervous, frustrated....

yaaaaaay i had a feeling they might decrease again i just wanted to tell u guys also ;D they r currently working on December 14th applications (which we kind of knew since someone from December 13th got the approval a few days ago ) soon very soon!!!!!!!!

Funny thing being the website shows last modified date being Feb 8. C'mon CIC we are all eyes on the website yesterday.

According to december thread, they already start processing file receive on 21st december.

From the Applicant Guideline:

"Indicate your Universal Client Identification number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), if known (8-digit number). Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID."

Did you get any kind of visa before like work/study permit, visitor record, etc? If so, you may have it back then.

No, i never received any of such number. and i tried leaving it blank but when i hit the "VALIDATE" button, it doesn't go through and asks me to enter the blank field b4 i can validate it.. I don't know what to do Any comments?

not blank, usually u cannot leave things blank, they would think u forgot to answer; just write N/A....hope it works!

you dont get the UCI # until immigration send you a letter...when i filled up my application i left it blank and it was validated...

Someone from the buffalo thread who applied in November received a phone call from the visa office to let them know they are working on the last touches to complete their application, no ppr! how amazing is that!

Posted waiting times for buffalo - 11 months!!

So hopeful that something will happen for one of us really soon!

Same here. I left it blank in my application and it was validated ok.
Would it be another field causing the problem?

Hello, new here..Sent applications to CIC-MISS. November 15,2011..recived November 18..Decision made already the approval last January 20,2012..sent filed the same day..

I was waiting for everyone to contact me but then realized not everyone Is on here as much as others ... So I used everyone's profiles and added to the spreadsheet.
