The next step is just to wait until you get an ADR or a Final Decision. No one can tell you what kind of ADR your brother might get if he gets one as no one here know what his profile is and what documents he submitted.

Cheers,
TFR
Thank very much! Hoping that they dont need ADR anymore.

How do you think adding <<<< and >>>>> in the tile like other posts? It'd look more recognizable.

BC PNP - EE, FSW inland

ITA - Jan 10 (Submitted Jan 18)
AOR - Jan 18
BIL - Feb 20 (Submitted Feb 23)
MEI - Feb 20 (Submitted Feb 29)
MEP -

Eligibility - In Process
Medical - In Process
Bio - Completed
Background check - In Process
Final Decision - In Process

Hi, did you submit upfront medical or you just wait for your medical request? TIA

There appears to be a process change where the BIL comes after a few months while IRCC starts background check and eligibility without BIL/MEP.
Interesting information.
How do you know about the change in process?

How long it takes after biometrics? As my background check started early even before BIL
No one can tell you that with any degree of confidence. Every application is unique and has it's own complexity so one can't say you'll take "X" months. Look at the forum data to draw conclusions for yourself.
