Jan 2022 Intake SDS/Non SDS Pending Result

I have applied for my study permit application on 28th Sep. Medical is upfront and Biometrics are done from the previous application. Both my medical and Biometrics are not updated in my GC Key account

Timeline
I applied on sept 6th
biometric done on sept 8th
Medical done on sept 12th
Last update on sept 12th.
Now Waiting for the good news.

Is it normal for a non-SDS student to enter the eligibility review stage so soon, or is this the calm before the storm?

TBH its really hard to say. One of my friend got his PPR request 3 days after his review started. One of the student of my consultant is still waiting for her decision. Her review started a week ago, today is the 8th day. Good luck to you!

how much time will it take to get bvl,ppr..?

Currently there are 2 trends now from IRCC :
1. Medicals will get Updated and Eligibility Review will start - will have to wait for unknown time for final result.
2. All factors - Medicals, BVL , PPR on same day

So not sure when your decision will come. Lets hope for the best and they should clear the queue by November first week.
