You are completely wrong about having only one TRV active at a time and that the other has been canceled. Nowhere on their website does it say that a V1 visa gets cancelled upon getting an S1, W1, etc. where are you getting this information from? I did end up calling them and they confirmed...

Yes I have a valid V1 visa (tourist) from 2017 till 2025. My S1 student visa is expiring this April 2023

I need to travel to india back in april and I have applied for study permit extension with co-op work permit now. If I don’t get it by april,can I travel to india and come back to continue my studies? If I take a break from May-Aug to wait for my SPE to get approved, can I go to get it approved?
