My friend has applied for Jan 2018 intake in Canadore College. He submitted his file on November 24 to VFS chandigarh.
Any help regarding when he might get VISA as its been over a month now.

Since your friend has applied through VFS office. You will be given tracking details and with the same tracking details you can check the status of the application online. Also, it has been a quite a long time that your friend did not get to hear anything from them. Try to post a enquiry with the consultate.
