Hopefully I'll get my AOR soon too. I also noticed that family applications are taking priority over single applications. I could be wrong, but I've come across many such examples where family applications were processed faster.

Anyone knows current processing time in Winnipeg office ?? I read a few old posts from 2014 showing notoriously slow time here compared to other offices... the difference was of several months compared to other places such as Windsor

I just wanna let you know that i got my AOR in email but i don't know if i count as December or January applicant because i applied on December 9 and my application was returned on January 11 and i resent it on January 13 and was received by CIC on January 16. Good luck to everyone.

Did you pay the extra 230 ? If Yes, then you are a January applicant. I suggest you add your info to the January spreadsheet and remove it from the December's.
