Hey does anyone knows if once we landed in Canada there is a delay to wait if we wanna move to quebec? Cause on the express entry it say to not have intention to reside in quebec? :/

It will drop further, considering the fact that there were only around 3.3K people in the 460s range. Obviously they need more people, so score will drop.
